You will need to have a tubal reversal to be able to get a baby . First you need to find a Dr. that will request your medical records and see how much of your tubes are left and if its in a fixable condition . I just had mine done and I had 3cm left on each side of my tubes and I was given a 60% chance in the beginning . I had my surgery in June and back in December I was told after some excessive testing I was told that I am ready to start trying to have a baby because all is well . Good luck and just be patient.

lilmama is misspoken. It CANNOT come apart. I'm sure that it has happened in select few cases, but in general, NO.
Your only options are tubal reversal (permanent, but you risk an ectopic pregnancy, which are very common after reversals, and the success rates are not that great) or in vitro fertilization (one shot deal, but if it works, great! - high success rate)
Both are very, very expensive. And I can say with 99.9% assurity that your tubal sterilization is indeed permanent.
Why does it seem so many women get their tubes tied and don't realize it's permanent???????
