I personally like it very much! I have 2 dragons as well on my back.... anyway... some color in the dragon and background would be cool, I would say that adding anything else to it other then color may add to much detail taking away from the dragon... however if you really want to I would stick to the theme but keep it simple so that the dragon still sticks out!
