it's stage body language.
as with 'signing' with the deaf, entertainers have a whole language, all interrpreted through the use of body movement.
nothing verbal was ever uttered~

"Can" means "able to". If you can't talk about it, then you aren't able to talk about it. So you can't, to answer you're question.
