i think thats spelt wrong! my daughter 10 months is cutting her top middle teeth at the mo i gave her pain relief tonight the last time was four nights ago.i only give it when she's realy bad could she get addicted to it or would she have to have it everyday for it to be a problem?

Yes. It can be highly addictive.

Ibuprofen, the active ingredient in Nurofen, is not addictive. If your child gets relief from this product, you can feel comfortable administering it as directed. If the pain continues or gets worse, see your pediatrician. Do not wait until her pain gets very bad before giving her pain medication. Her pain will be much better managed if you give the medicine at the first sign of pain.

tylenol or ibuprophen is not addictive. If it was prescribed, you would have to call your doctor to see if it is addictive. Also baby orajel is not addictive and can be rubbed right on the sore spot to relieve pain.
