well when they're like younger (12 years old), i'd have to say sakura, because Hinata wouldn't really try to hurt sakura or anything like that.
when they're older...sakura is a medical nin, so hinata is...
i'd have to go with hinata, if she really tried her best SHE'D KICK SAKURAS BUTT!

Well when both of them are younger, I guess they're not the strongest but they're pretty good when it comes to brains.
Hinata, of course has the Byakugan. The all seeing eye, with her, you are able to see hidden things and with the Hyuuga fighting style, shes a unique combo.
But the bad thing is, she's too much of a doormat. No offense to the Hinata fans(obessesers...) Their is no witness yet that she has gotten stronger in battle, but in will and sprit yes, I bet she did.
Sakura on the other hand, has changed al whole different view. Shes not all "Sasuke-kuun" or "Cha" as the american version puts it. Sakura has gotten stronger, with her proven boulder crushing strength and medical wits. She doesn't seem to hide behind people anymore, like having Naruto protect her. Her point of view with Naruto changed, as I see it and shes not too clingy anomore.
Sakura is independent.
So in any case, I think that Sakura is stronger than Hinata. Not because I don't like Hinata, but to me Sakura just seems more powerful, and bolder.

Depends.
In pt.2 Sakura has amazing strength, yet Hinata's progress has yet to be revealed.
But as it stands in the Anime at the moment... Hinata.
She uses her Byukagan for an "ultimate defence".
Sakura is just plainly useless =D

They r both really strong. Sakura has super strength and Hinata has the Bukugan(sp?) Their both evenly matched so it would be rather hard to choose.

well, so far.. sakura has super strength (kind of. lol) and she can heal people w/ her chakra. she has good control of it. Hinata has byakugan. i guess we'll just have to find out. they have strengths in completely different areas.

right now hinata she has her byakugan and her juuken sakura is just plain useless until after the time skip

hinata without a question, sakura is just plain pathetic she is really useless even sasuke tells her that!!!
