I do not have any programming skills, Should I try for somthing like that? For a Linux Admin position some of the employers are asking Perl, PHP, Shell scripting etc.. OR should I try for CCNA

see, it depends on the line you want to choose.

After doing MCSA/MCSE, you would have 2 certificates of system administration, and you would get better chances as that.

But if you go for shell scripting,

You would be increasing your skills in linux only, enabling your command over that....

Well you started with RHCE then it would be advisable to stick to system administration rather than experimenting programming or routing technologies. You may pursue MCSA or MCSE as these certifications related to systems administration in windows environment.

Try a Mix of all. Programming is a definite plus, as well as Cisco Certification

Security is a good career option, try CISSP certification
