I know they tried last week,but do they try again & succeed?

yeah, he gets out... I can't exactly remember how.... oh I think they let him out to try and trap Lincoln but he foils their plan... and Lincoln and his son take off but meet up with Linc's dad....
right now the son is on his way somewhere with one of his grandpa's colleagues....
"While Owen stalks Doc, he gets a call from another agent who says they're all set with L.J. and he's "as good as gone."
L.J. meets with an ADA who hands over release papers, the charges against L.J. are being dropped. Huh?"
"Arizona. A still unbuttoned Linc spies L.J. chatting with some dude who's giving him a list of employment opportunities and whatnot in the area. After L.J. walks away, the dude calls Owen and reports that the kid's on foot."
"L.J.'s just kicking back, on some bench outside a shop. Some scruffy guy comes up and asks him for spare change. L.J.'s all, "I'm all out. Seriously. I was just released from lock-up where I was awaiting trial for the double murder of my mom and stepdad. And my dad is the victim of this vast conspiracy and now he and my super genius uncle are on the run from the Feds and these conspiracy people, not to mention this shovel-headed ex-prison guard who still lives with his mom." Either Scruffy Guy dislikes long-winded explanations or he doesn't believe the kid (and really, that whole prison guard still living with mom is what probably pushed him over the edge) 'cuz he punches L.J. in the face. L.J. returns the punch."
"Linc's made at the train station so he and L.J. take off. Wow, Linc runs amazingly well for a guy who was shot in the thigh mere days ago. L.J. barrels into an oncoming car, causing Linc to stop. The two are apprehended (stupid kids ruin everything for their escaped con parents!) and Linc loses his **** as he tells L.J. "I'm sorry" over and over."
"Speaking of AZ...Linc and L.J. are sitting in the back of a squad car when a big black van barrels into them and forces them off the road. Linc kicks open his door and he and son take off, followed by a couple of guys and a blonde chick. The guys grab the Burrows men, but Linc manages to head-butt BC. She tells him to NOT do that again and that they're with Silver Fox (Papa Burrows)."
"Colorado. Linc and L.J. arrive at some sort of compound where BC assures them, "You're safe here." Linc's not so easy to trust and she says he doesn't have a choice. Silver Fox will be arriving shortly and he's expecting to see both his sons. Linc says he won't reveal Michael's whereabouts."

Yes they do.
They all get out (about 6 or 7)
and are currently on the run.
Lots of people are dead, there is a surprise inmate at Fox River,
and things are still heating up.
I'm not going to spoil it for you any more.
The second season is great !
