The S2000 is expected to be discontinued before March 2008. But there have been rumors that it will be reintroduced as a 4 door roadster. Why? Because stupid people want to have a fast car and bring their family along at the same time.

They are even getting rid of the F20C/F22C engine and replacing it with a K20a. Weak.

the new s2000 will be available for the 2009 model year, along with a new NSX, according to rumor.

they should go out of production in 2008.

im curious as to what the new one will be like though.

im only 13 but ill give you a answer, s2000 will never die out, honda had s2000's for along time now(ex: s600 s700 ect.) it will end production but will still be making new models in a diffrent model name.

like nissan, before the 350z it had the 300zx

Basically, the S2000 isn't selling as well as the 350z and its other competitors.

In 2008 but Honda's not "killing it", go to Google images and see the preview concept by typing in "Honda XGA"
