Champ Bailey is hands down the best. There's a big gap after him (mainly because no one, even the really talented guys, can be as consistant as him ---the only time I saw Champ really break down this season was in a size-mismatch against Antonio Gates in the redzone)

I'd have to say Chris McAlister though, just because of his physical talents. Please people, stop saying Asante Samuel! He's over-rated! And I know 1/2 or more of the people are saying his name because all the anaylists are riding his jock like the did Steve Smith last year --check the stats people!)

The best is beyond a shadow of a doubt Champ Bailey of the Denver Broncos. There are not many corners that can shut down half of the field when you get in the redzone, he can. I would pick Asante Samuel of the New England Patriots as the second best. He had a great season, numbers almost as good as Bailey's. Samuel is a great athlete and will be the best corner in the league in a few years.

The Patriots have the 2 awesome corners but its a given that Champ Bailey is one of the best, Asante Samuel is one hell of a number two option. Also Ty Law is one hell of a Corner he defined the postiion and still is at the top of his game.

Well, Terell Owens has some pretty rough edges... lol

If you mean corner backs, Champ Bailey and Chris Gamble are the best.

Asante Samuel (my boy..go pats)
and
Champ Bailey

they both share the most interceptions in the league (10 picks)

Samuel is going to become a free agent but i believe that the pats will sign him again because he is unstoppable but again Ellis Hobbs isn't too bad either.

Champ is above the rest.

Samuel had a great year this year, I still like Charles Woodson, but I think DeAngelo Hall is still top notch. I didn't like his outing against Dallas and TO, but he is still definately in the top 5.
