I nominated a teacher at my school for the teacher of the year award after she was really nice to me and stopped the bullying a gang was doing to me and a mate. Shes also my netball coach. She will be able to find out it was me who nominated her and im a bit worried she might think im some sort fo wierd stalker. im not a stalker. What would you lot think if you were the teacher??? Please help me.

If I was your teacher, I'd be flattered and chuffed to bits! i certainly wouldn't think you were a stalker! I would be honoured! I'm sure your teacher will understand why you nominated her! I think if and when she finds out it'll put a great big smile on her face! You seem like a really lovely person, don't worry :) xx

I agree with so many others here, you teacher will be flattered and pleased that she made a difference in your life. That is why a lot of people choose to become teachers in the first place. Whether she ever finds out it was you who nominated her or not she will be happy that someone felt she had done her job well. You gave a very good reason why you did such a nice thing for her, you are most certainly not a stalker.

Think about it! ... If there is a stalking problem,why does the school have a Teacher of the Year Award? ..... I think it's an ideal way of repaying your teacher's kindness. Don't worry, I'm sure she won't think your a stalker.

I understand your fears. I don't think your teacher is going to think that you are weird. I think if anything, it will make her feel good to know that you think that much of her. She sounds like a wonderful person and so do you.
I am a teacher myself and I more than appreciate the compliments and the little perks that I receive. It really makes my day and encourages me to only do better

i don't think you are a stalker. I think your intentions were very generous and kind and your teacher will propably think the same, so do yourself a favor and stop stressing so you can enjoy the fact that you want your teacher to be recognized for a job well done.

I think that's a wonderful thing you've done. Your teacher will be honoured. I honestly don't know why you would possibly think this is a negative thing to do. You are just showing your appreciation for what your teacher did for you. Relax.

No! If I was your teacher, I'd be flattered. If she finds out it was you, she wouldn't think you're weird at all. She would appreciate you for noticing her efforts. What you did was a wonderful thing and a compliment to your teacher.
