Well...I think you must be over 35 to answer this question! Anyhow, is America now better or worse than it used to be 20-25 years ago? Is it safer now? Is it cleaner? Wealthier?Having less corruption?

Which states or cities have become better and which have become worse?

What do you were the golden days of America?

Actually, I've lived in Orange County, CA in 1984-1987, and people there have stated that it has become more crowded now.

By the way, has the quality of life increased after that date or has it decreased?

Quality of life in Orange County is much better but you would be shocked at the number of people there. Most of the larger inner cities are crime infested. Most people of means have moved to the suburbs or have relocated to smaller towns. American economy right now is good overall. Best cities right now for the least crime are mostly across the South with the exception of Atlanta.
