i hate the way i look. sometimes i feel awful

I used to have self-esteem problems. As women, I think we feel pressure from the media, other women, and definitely men, to look a certain way. I am very fortunate to look the way I do. I mean really, I could have been a burn victim, or born with an extensive birth mark or a huge tumor. Looks aren't everything.
I am always told that I look beautiful, but my mother has always told me that true beauty comes from what's inside. I have also learned through experience that what is attractive to one, may not be attractive to the other. There is always someone who looks better. I just do the best with what I've got and I think I do a pretty good job.
Oh, and overall, I am happy with how I look.

Sometimes, i do wish i were thinner though. I think I would like the way I look more if I were. Do you think Britney Spears likes the way she looks?

Not Really - My Peripheral vision is somewhat impaired and I need to get my prescription visor sorted - Darth made alot of budgeting errors before he died and so I have to pay for my own PPE. I think I'm peeing on my shoes, but hey, at least they're wipe clean.

sure. have two blue eyes that mostly work, full head of thick hair, good skin, white teeth (yeah i'm a yank), a fit bod even after 2 kids, bad knees, but that's ok...too much soccer, erm, football and tennis,
i'm happy to be alive and happy for who i am both inside and out.
