I use Yahoo Answers as a time waster at work! It works great! Plus you can learn things.
Another time waster is forums....if you like a particular type of car there is probably a forum for it! Or whatever it is you may be into, there is probably a forum for it. The forums not only waste time, but you can learn some really cool information!
If you can download ActiveX controls...you could play Yahoo Games...the web versions, or MSN Zone. Those are fun.
Online community sites can be fun if you know other people on them, have common sense, and are careful about what you post. You would be surprised how you can meet people from your past!
Good luck. It can suck having a boring job with nothing to do! I know, I have one. I break the rules everytime I go online because I am technically only allowed on work-related sites.
