If it's too "shaggy" like you say then just shave.

I was told by a woman who did my body wrap at a spa that her mother-in-law would ice her breasts everyday. She said the woman was in her 60's, if I remember right, and she had perky, bouncy breasts. I have done it myself, and it works. My breasts have been very full looking and perky!! What you do is to get a bag of ice, and ice each breast for no more than 10 minutes. DON'T warm them up after that, let them naturally warm back up. You'll notice a difference after like a day or two. I usually do it in the morning after my shower.

w/out surgery I would say exercise will help but they will never be the same. I also BF my kids and I hate my breast now! and I am not 30 yet! I always wear padded bras!
Good luck!

Nothing...unfortunately, short of surgery, there is nothing...except a really good bra! Whoever DOES invent a way, will be a rich person for sure! Why do you think plastic surgeons stay so busy?
