Where can I find historic GDP data for specific countries in the world?

I am trying to find historic GDP data (from about 1875 to present) for the countries of Europe, for China, for Japan, and for Africa in general. Any idea of where I can find this info? Thanks!

Berore 1950's there is not real data for any country, only estimates.
http://gpih.ucdavis.edu/ is good site for pre 1950 numbers
for 1969 to present see http://www.ers.usda.gov/Data/macroeconomics/#HistoricalMacroTables
