NHL - Toronto & Montreal
Olympics - Team Canada & Team Russia. Actually the last rivalry was with these two teams around 1972 I think. Canada won that one. That was the greatest rivalry competition in hockey history. Look it up.
Dispute it if you like but it will change nothing because it's the truth.
Unlike the NHL there are no Europeans on Team Canada. It's all Canadian Grade A Beef, 100%.
