I live in the Poconos. The best place is either Shawnee (US Route 209 North - Exit 309 off I-80) or Camelback Ski Area (PA Route 611 & I-80, near the Crossings Outlet Mall). Avoid places like Great Wolf Lodge.

If you are looking to ski, Camelback (In Tannersville) is best in the area. Eventhough it hasn't snowed much, they will have all their trails open this weekend. If youy like to shop, nearby there is The Crossings--- over 100 name brand outlet stores.Hope you have a great time!
