I think one was with the two hands fisted together and you hit the sides of the fists together in the air. But what was the other one?

The first was making fists and hitting them together (little finger end) twice. Monica and Ross did this so they could cuss at each other without their parents knowing. The second was putting hands behind head and swinging elbows in and out. Ross did this one, it was also used to say FU. I believe there was a third that Joey did where he put his hand under his chin and flipped it out, he usually said a cuss word in Italian as he did this. I love Friends!

The one where they put their hands behind their necks and had their elbows touching & also the one where the did their had their hands in a fist and bumped them together twice.
I believe these were things Monica & Ross came up with so their parents would not know that they were secretly giving the finger without giving the finger.

It was the episode where Ross was getting frustrated so instead of doing the two fist together, he put his hands on his neck and hit his elbows together.
