2 kids and am married. i still feel like baby boomers talk to me like i am just a kid. i dont look like a kid and have pretty masculine features.is this a common problem? do a lot of others in their late 20s and early 30s experience this? how do you get them to stop looking at you like a kid and as an adult? i am mostly referring to this issue in the workplace.

I, might have a short answer for your complex question. baby boomers fought all the world wars. and tend to think of themselves like founding fathers for todays society. some of us cant live without them in work places. and are now getting very cranky. all in all we learn to live together.
