Put a safety pin on the lining of your skirt on the inside. It should help cut down on the static cling. It's what I use if I don't have any static guard.

You can also try rubbing a little bit of lotion over your tights. That will help too.

There is an easy solution to this. When it is clingy, just use a dryer sheet and rub it on the tights while they are on your legs. Also rub it on the inside of your skirt. Simple, cheap, and easy!

I think you can take a dryer softner sheet and rub it on your tights where your skirt touches. That should help reduce the static cling. *-*

Run a coat hanger over the lining of the skirt that should take away the static ,never iron the lining that is what make it clingy .

Use a Snuggle bounce sheet. Wipe your tights and the inside of your skirt. It'll work!

stop waering tights, its the static that is doing that when you wear the skirt with the tights.

Dryer sheets work wonders. I also use them on my hair, which I thought would be weird, but really helps.
