Put them all into a ZIP archive (www.winzip.com) and send the single ZIP file as an attachment.

I know WordPerfect and Photoshop will allow you to combine the documents into a PDF. Also, you could use your favorite word processing program and combine the three letters into one file and sending as such. It would be helpful to know what program(s) you're using.

Scan all the documents at once and when you are done push the scanning finished button and it will be in one attach ment.
