a large lumpy thing such as a potato, dark green with light green moss growing in some areas. Strong upper body, but flimsy in the legs, since they are so slow. Probably a smaller head because of their dimwittedness, and arms that reach below their knees, each finger fitted with a long dirty nail. Rotted teeth suggeting they eat raw meat and dont brush of course LOL, and big dumbo ears, their eyes slightly off center for their short attentio span. Maybe a scrap of clothing to hide their shame, or no clothing at all it doesn't matter. Weapon of choice, large peice of wood, club maybe, in hand.

In Scandinavian myth, trolls are ugly, malicious creatures and the enemies of mankind. They are much bigger and stronger than humans, and leave their caves only after dark to hunt. If they are exposed to sunlight they will instantly turn to stone. Trolls are very fond of human flesh. In later myths they are roughly the size of humans or elves, and thought to be the owners of buried treasures. They are sometimes, although very rarely, portrayed as friendly, less ugly creatures.

Trolls are evil, mean-spirited entities that are usually found outdoors amongst rocks and in the forest. They are not especially bright, but they can be clever and are definitely dangerous. Unless you have experience in dealing with them I would not recommend that you try and outwit one. It's best to just try and keep away from them.
