Just two months ago, I weighted 148 pounds. By me dieting, I have gone down to a size 135 with just dieting alone no exercise. Now that I have gotten my size to where I want it, I'm still not happy with my body. I need to start incorporating some exercises. The problem is I don't know what specific exercise I should do to start. Most people are telling me to join a fitness gym, but with my budget I don’t want to do that. My main area that I would like to work is my thigh, mainly my inner thighs. I want to get them nice and firm. I want them to be tight and not all lose and floppy like they are now. Just the other night I saw an infomercial about a product called Zone Pilates. From watching the commercial, it seems like the product that will give me the exact results I am looking for. Has anyone tried Zone Pilates or have any good exercising tips I can use to work my thighs? Another quick question is how well will running daily help me achieve my goal?

I want a tone body by May!!

I've tried Windsor Pilates and you will feel your thighs after doing it so I think Zone should be just as effective. You can also buy some 5 lb. ankle weights and lie on your back. Do scissor movements with your legs (out and in) to target muscle development in your inner thighs. If you're consistent with it, at 135 you should be toned by May. Running is good for overall fitness but won't do much for the inner thighs. Best wishes!

I haven't tried Zone Pilates, but I have been doing Denise Austin's Hit the Spot Pilates for several weeks now (there are 7 ten minute sessions that target different areas or you can customize your own workout with any of the 7). My favorite are the Abs&Waistline and Thighs. I have noticed a difference! I feel leaner and my legs are definately tighter. I think Pilates are a good cheap way for you to get the results you want. My DVD was only $9.99 at Walmart. Pilates is one of my favorites workouts (I belong to a gym too, but I feel sooo good after I do Pilates).

Good Luck!

Pastime! :) i've been exercising about three months three-4 situations a week and i have gotten a little bit of a thigh hole even though i've immense hips too... Its normally essentially the most healthiest method to get one. Moreover try to advoid processed foods, and SODA (certainly food plan, its the worst for you in the long run) Do exercies that concentrate on your thighs... Lunges, squats, some varieties of yoga. Additionally do things like, taking the stairs at any time when there is an elevator. The predominant factor is to now not starve yourself completely. I as a substitute have enormous thighs which are effective then flabby skinny ones. Look at Kim Kardashian :D (additionally if its tough to get influenced to excersize supply a buddy, or blast your track) hehe
