I quadrant all positive
II quadrant sine and csc positive all others negative
III quadrant tan and cot positive all others negative
IV quadrant cos and sec positive all others negative

Here you will have to do some research. Invest in a handbook of mathematical functions with logs and integral/differential tables. These are cheap used.
Or, make your own table using your calculator. Basically you should know these by rote, or I would just have written them down for you.

This is the way I learned. (Start from the right) All Students Take Calculus. (All, Sine, Tan, Cosine)
