ok ok ok....you got us!! (don't really understand what melissa etheridge has to do with anything but...)
woman are more emotionally involved and territorial type people anyway...when they get in relationships with other women....woah, it's intense!
i have definitely dated a few stalkers (and i haven't dated many people) so that's a scary thought!
we are not all like that - but there are many who are!

Considering the lyrics of most male rock, hip hop and alternative groups, I would have to say Melissa would have to go a bit further to be considered a stalker. Have you listened to anything she's produced for the last few years, because you are referring a song that is years old. Since she and her wife are expecting after her near fatal bout with breast cancer for the last two years, I doubt if she has much time for stalking
I'm not ever jealous, I have it all, especially the part of not having to deal with men on a serious level.

I myself am straight however my best friend is bi-sexual and it's funny but we were just talking about this. She said that a lot of the women she has been with are extremely jealous and joked that we'd have to hang out less if she got a girlfriend. She said that their just as posessive with other women as the straight ones are about their men.

Of course not. Lesbians have the same temperaments as any other female and aren't more jealous than other women. That's just a stereotypization.
