My friend does. Too bad, too, because it looks too harsh next to her light blue eyes and fair skin. (Not really a fan of that, especially when it is just caked on.)

Black eyeliner looks great on people with very dark hair. The whole point of eyeliner is to create a sense of fuller lashes by creating a thicker lashline. If you're very fair-haired, I find it to be too harsh. Skin tone has a lot less to do with it than hair color.

I do, I have very dark brown eyes and the black liner really makes a difference. I only wear it on my upper lids though, and I use a black eyeshadow rather than a liquid or a pencil. It's a softer effect while still being flattering to my dark eyes.

I don't. I don't wear much eyeliner at all really, just a little blackish-greyish on my lower lashes to make them look thicker. Being in a high school, I see a lot of girls with dark black eyeliner caked on.. I really don't think it looks good at all. But some in moderation isn't bad.

i have blonde hair and brown eyes and i wear BLACK eye shadow & liner!
the trick to pulling these off are:...prep the eye area maybe put some loose powder on the eyelid, add eyeline inside the upper and lower rims of the eyes, add black line over upper lash line, smudge it in with some black or metallic gray eye shadow, add some mascara..and you're done....& ou look fabulous, i do it all the time....<33 goodluckk!

Is there a such thing as LIGHT black eyeliner? It's BLACK! It's the darkest color there is. That's like me saying "It's dark White"

when i go out or get more dressed up, i wear dark grey eye shadow, and blackish/dark blueish eyeliner with a little bit of sparkle. i also have naturally long eyelashes, so i wear lengthening mascara and it makes my eyes pop a lot more. i especially love wearing my makeup likethis when i wear black. i put red lipgloss with it all for a mod/glam look. i love it!

i do...and yes there is such a thing as dark black eyeliner...but then i'm a brown girl with big brown eyes so i think it looks great on me.
