what is the best country in the world?

i'm talking culturally... culinary.... classy?

As an American who has traveled the world, I will say America (as if you didn't know we'd say that).

Why, because most cultures are immigrating here and bringing their cultural best and their worst. It's not only the poor who are immigrating the highly educated and artistic are immigrating too, so we benefit from their arts,science and literature.

In a secular society you're able to freely practice as you wish as long as it doesn't hurt other people.

You have to take the bad with the good which, to some people is a detriment but to others, we view it as a learning experience. Without the bad you can't determine what is good.

Cultrally, not sure but perhaps America (I'm biased, but it is very diverse and continues to innovate).

Culinary has many contenders except England, New Zealand and potentially Australia, sorry, their food registers nearly negative on the scale; on the other hand most of the people are nice and that makes up for it.

Classy? Hmmm that's a tough one. I'd be the last to say Americans are classy, but don't know a country that I'd say that generically about either.
