I assume you are American. This is the website for the Singaporian Embassy in DC. It would be better for you to call them and ask rather than relying on the less than official word of people here.

Wife and kid will be able to get dependant pass, and your parents the social visit pass. But for your brother's kids, they can only come in on student pass, so you will need to find a school for them first. And they will have to pay higher school fees then the locals.
Please check out the Singapore government's website where you can get lots of information:

If you come to Singapore under an EP, then you are able to bring your wife and kid as dependent pass holders. Your parents can come in as long-term social visit pass holders only if you earn more than S$3,500 per mth. It is however, not possible to bring your brother's kids. And yes, you can find all this info at www.mom.gov.sg

It is nice to know that you have been employed, you can bring your whole village and also can get employment for all of them & school for all the kids.
We Singaporeans can sit at home without a job and struggle to pay our bills.
