try eating low calorie foods like popcorn, rice. Idea is to keep body burning something. Body will try to store calories and go into sleep if it has nothing to do. Also vary exercise routine. Once it gets used to your regimen, it will become efficient at it.

It's normal for the first 10 or 15 pounds to be real easy to loose. After that, it all depends on metabolism and exercise. Stick with it and you will eventually loose weight if you watch your fat intake and slowly increase your exercise time. You dont want to loose too much weight so quickly because it will effect your immune system. Also, more than exercising or dieting, the biggest ally you can have in loosing weight over anything else is to drink as much water as you can. At least 8 glasses a day. Eat grapefruit and pineapple for enzyme burning. No breads or pastas and all the veggies you want.

It's normal to hit a plateau when dieting, but if you're not getting enough food/nutrition your body is probably in starvation mode. I suggest you start eating more. A couple of healthy snacks during the day might do the trick. Eat more protein. If you're working out at a gym ask one of the personal trainers for tips and a nutritional consultation.Best wishes!
