Southern Springs is Nice, Thats were I grew up, just dont live in Stratmoor Valley, Stratmoor Medows and Im not sure what Stratmoor Hills is like but that is the best of the 3, thats where I lived.. And I agree with the other post dont work at the Walmart on Platte, that place was crazy even when I lived there. The Citdel Mall is the best mall, Never really liked Chappel Hills Mall. There is also a nice subdivision Cheyeene Meddows, those are awesome houses. Anyway hope you find CO fun. I miss it there.

i lived on colorado springs for 3 years now live in Pennsylvania and moving back to colorado the first of march. Depending on your money situation the further north of the springs the nice, rent will be around 800 to 900 a month at least for a house there apartment are cheaper. If you love nature as much as it sounds liek you do then you diffently need to move the manitou springs its like mountain living in the city you'll love it.

Colorado Springs is often seen politically conservative. The climate is intense barren region. you want a job to stay in a "good section." The nightlife is dark. exterior activities comprise flying fighter jets on manuevers, mountain climbing Pikes height, strolling around backyard of the Gods, and escaping to the Rocky Mountains west of Colorado Springs. Colorado Springs is an particularly accepted city for unemployment and price-of-residing.
