I have in gone into the doctoe before for it, but they said it was nothing. But it could progress into ovarian cysts.

The things they said it could be from is if I was either pregnant or had ovarian cysts.

The pain is coming back. But it wasn't as bad as before, it is sharp apins, but they are quick.

The pain is coming from my right side by my uterus/pelvic area. Almost in the same exact spo as last time...

What could it be? SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY PLEASE!

Okay, now it is switching to the left side. It is almost like someone is playing ping pong... BUT the left side is more of an annoying pain, but it still kinda hurts...

I've been going through the same thing. I went to a couple of doctors and had tests, but everything showed up normal. I also had an ultrasound and still nothing. I was told that it might be a small hernia. My first test, I was told I might have signs of getting cervical cancer, but my second test which I had last month came out normal with no signs of that. Hopefully someone can answer this for you because I too would like to know. :(

Well, could it be appendicitis? How long ago did that pain occur?
Do you have fever or your leg seems "tight" when you try to extend it?
Pain in the pelvic area obviously appoints immediately to reproductive system's matters but, if reasonable (I mean, if you have never removed your appendix), considering an infection in this organ may be a possibility.. I would advise you to visit your doctor, and not directly a gynecologist, just to check, even if to put that possibility away.

Maybe built up bacteria, causing an infection. Do you also get cramp like symptoms when you run or jump or sit too fast, or maybe during sex? All women carry a harmless bacteria inside of their vaginas, but.. when our bodies don't fight it off as well, it builds up and causes lots of pain and could be dangerous if not treated with the right anti-biotics. Ask your Doctor about it.
It's pretty common actually.

As said it might be due to periods. wait for the whole cycle and see whether the pain continues.

2nd option: get an USG done at earliest so that ur fear would be gone.

I agree that you probably should go see another Doctor. Pain in that area is nothing to put off.

It could be endometriosis too. look at this website...
