I'm looking for a spray or cleaner, or even to make up a solution which will remove a cat urine stain from a piece of wood furniture.

I've seen cleaners in pet stores, but it's for upholstered furniture, not for the wood itself

They advertise one on TV, I think it is called Zero Odor, you can get it at zeroodorpet.com It showed them using it on wood floors and removing the stain. good luck

If you have not treated the stain yet, get Kids n' Pets. It is a natural enzyme that my sister swears by. She uses it on her wood floor when the cat pees. She just puts it on the stain and it does all the work. It takes out the odor too. You can get it at Target or the grocery store.

When I had cats I swore by Nature's Miracle (white bottle w/red cap, you can get it in pet stores). It also works well for other types of stains, especially in carpet. I still use it all the time.

watter-ed down bleach is what i would use but don't get any on the cloth or leather ,vinyl ect.boiled linseed oil can be perched at ace hardware or home depot, paint department. the linseed oil helps keep the wood protected like furniture polish.

You could try white vinegar mixed with water, but I have had fairly good luck with "Resolve." It takes a lot of elbow grease, and you have to repeat the process several times.
