All of the above.
In order:
If I have to choose telemarketers. Which I blocked.
Spam, which I blocked.
Junk mail, which I throw in the recycle bin, but wait! Want to have some fun with junk mail? Pull out the little mail in card, or envelope that has a Post Paid mark. Don't put anything on it. Just drop it back into the mail. It is returned to them and by law they have to pay the postage plus a fee for using the post-paid service. That hurts more than anything. If three people did this it would cost them over a dollar! If a million people did this then they are over $300,000. Do it! They will go broke, or get wise!
Better yet, if you have someone that gives you trouble, fill in the card with their information. Especially magazine subscriptions.
If you really have problems with telemarketers then go to this web site and register.
https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx
It will stop with the exception of people you do business with. i.e. Banks, credit cards, etc. Or local charity solitations. I went from not answering the phone to not receiving telemarketers in about a month.
Don't forget last week they could start calling your cell phone! That costs you money! Register it too!
For the junk mail, try this:
https://www.directmail.com/directory/mail_preference/?ref=G
For Spam, buy something like Norton. It works for me.

Telemarketers are more annoying. They call and interupt what I am doing, even if it is to just see who is calling on the caller id, but they will keep calling, until they get through. The spam and junk mail, that is easily rid of, you don't even have to open it, just delete and its gone. The surveys, usually you sign up to do those, and if they are the ones online, you can do them or not do them. The ones that call you, they are just as annoying, but you can ignore them, or pick up and tell them your not interested in participating. For the most part, I am on the donotcall list, so they takes care of most telemarketers. There are still the occasional survey that will call, or even the occasional company asking for donations that don't fall on the list for whatever reason, and those, I simply tell them I can't afford to donate anything and they usually give up. Some, they like to start off with a $40, $30 or $20 a month, and when you say you can't afford those, they bait you even more saying they can accept a lower amount. So that is when you just tell them you can afford anything. I had a call like that, and let them go through their thing, and then when they were done, I told the guy, I know you are going to ask for money, and right now I can't afford anything. They thanked me, then hung up, kinda rudely, if you ask me, but at least they go to do their thing.

Telemarketers. You can just delete junk mail and spam without having to deal with an actual person, but it can get awkward telling someone over the phone to get lost.

I've eliminated most of the telemarketers and a lot of junk mail but the quantity of spam I get is ridiculous.

tough one! Hmmmm!! I would say telemarketers cuz I hate when you decline and they're still being persistent but what kind of spam? Is it that relentless spam that doesn't even give you a chance to open close or view a page before something new pops up? CUZ THAT'S THE WORST!!

spam, it's the hardest to get rid of because they just keep changing their addresses and selling urs. telemarketers aren't too hard for me to get rid of and junk mail is easy to throw away.
