It is definately an overdose as you've exceeded recommended treatment... the real question is.. to what extent?... best to ring up the medical help lines...they can direct you... 9 doesn't sound like a large overdose.. so there may be some home remedy you can do to make it better... but then, I'm no doctor so what do I know?
Alternatively they may ask you to go to A and E immediately.. if so Do It!
Ring them! they will tell you the severity of it... the nasty thing about paracetamol is that you do not feel the symptoms of an overdose until it is too late...and this can be up to a day or more later. I am sure you will be fine though if you follow their advice...Just PLEASE don't do it again.
Also ring a friend or tell someone close to you... it may be good to have someone keep an eye on you for a while in case you feel a bit drowsy.

What strength? 160,325,500 mg? At any rate you have taken too many! The reccomended MAXIMUM Daily amount to be taken over a twenty four hour period is 4000 mg! If you have taken nine 160 mg tablets that would total 1440 mg, while quite high may not be life threatening for an adult. If you are younger or have taken a greater strength you are very likely at risk and should contact 911 or whatever your local emergency services are. Overdoses of Paracetamol or acetaminophen are life threatening and should not be taken lighly.

7 grams of acetaminophen is considered the toxic dose for an adult. That comes to 7000 milligrams. You have to check the doseage of the tablets you took. If they're 325 mg (regular strength) that's only 2925 mg. Still way off. On the other hand, taking as little as 4g (or 4000 mg) in one dose is eough to cause liver damage. If the took the extra strength tablets (500 mg each), that's 4.5 g.
Why take 9 tablets? Acetaminophen is a threshold drug. That means, once it reaches it's maximum pain relief, taking more won't do anything but make you sick. 1000 mg, is about as good as it gets. If that doesn't work, you need something stronger. All you do buy taking more is distroy your liver.
There is a drug called NAC (N-acetylcysteine) that can be given as an antedote for acetaminophen poising. It works best if given within 8 hours of ingestion. You might want to consider going to your local emergency department.

9 at once? That's way to much. The recommended amount is to start of with 2 and take one every 4-6 hours, not more than 6 tablets a day, so yes you overdosed and that can be very dangerous. Talk to a physician.

to overdose on an acetaminophen aka tylenol type of drug u would need to take many many more. however the mere fact that u took 9 suggests u r attempting to reach out for attention in some way without going all the way. are u depressed? u should talk to someone preferably a doctor. while 9 wont kill u, u may want to go to the er anyway if u get bad symptoms not that they will have to pump your stomach but just 2 b sure. get help

There isn't a drug called paracetamal so you should be fine. If you had taken that much paracetamol you would really be up the creek without a paddle!
Update: It is 4hrs since I checked and you are still here! You've got everyone on here waiting for you to pop off. If you aint gonna pee, get off the pot!

If you have taken them all at once yes you have. You should seek medical attention IMMEDIATELY. This could cause irreversible damage to your internal organs which could kill you!
Dont panic - phone an ambulance or get someone to drive you to your nearest hospital because you will probably need to get your stomach pumped.

You really need to go to the hospital... an overdose of painkillers might cause long term problems, the sooner you try to solve it, the best.
