Very interesting question. According to Wikipedia, which happens to have a wealth of great information on the topic, the Romanov family continues to exist today although there is no specific count of members or names.
It actually isn't the Romanov dynasty but it is more properly called the Holstein-Gottorp-Romanov Dynasty.
