Only perellel wire is used in tv antena and twistsd not?

because the signal comes in two different ways.

Because of the very basic theory of inducing magnetic field around the wire receiving the signal. A straight wire will have no obstruction in continuously receiving the signal whereas the twisted ones will form their own inducting of Magnetic field around them and distort the other signals received and blurr them or fade them thereby making an unreliable reception.
Distortion will take place both in audio and vedio sections and will be useless to use.

twisted wire pairs are not used because the signal traveling down the wires creates a small EM field around the wire, this em field would interfere with the recieved signal causing signal degradation and basically rendering a serviceable antenna useless due to signal loss
