ummm well i really don't have a lot of fat over my abs it is just my abs are not big anough....

I assume that this means you have a 'tyre' over your stomach
To get rid of this try:
A calorie controlled diet
Cardio 3 times a week
Basic strength training

"abs are made in the kitchen.not in the gym" abs revolve around what your intake is. eat a well based diet, three meals a day. cut all fats, and by fats i mean cookies brownies donuts etc. combine ur diet with an effective ab workout that u can usually find online. personally i prefer www.shapefit.com

they have tons of workouts, various ab locations.

Dude, my abs came natural at 16. Go on a diet, start jogging and do lots of crunchers.
