I pay $80.00 every two weeks. No windows, no laundry, it is a two story, 4 bed 3 bath with a lot of stuff to be dusted and two shedding dogs.

Depending on the area you live, the size of your house and how much do you want done. My wife cleans a house for a senior bachelor who only picks up after himself. She dusts, cleans kitchen, (no dishes) including the microwave, 2 full baths, one has a large jacuzzi tub, mops, vacuums and cleans the wood floor. She doesnt make the bed. She charges him $45 each time she goes in, every other week. She can spend from 1 - 2 hours each time..

My sister-in-law cleans other peoples' houses and she charges depending on the size of the house and what the owner wants cleaned. An average size house, to vacuum, dust and just straighten up is $45.00.

I would pay $50. I usually pay girls I know to come clean. They do an ok job and I don't worry about them going through my stuff. They may not be licensed and bonded, but they work for me.
