If he lets himself go does the beard start coming out of the mouth peice?

No, like most burn victims, Vader probably does not grow a beard due to the scar tissue on his skin. An example of this is that in the NEW version of 'Return of the Jedi' when Luke pulls off Vader's helmet and mask, Anakin has no eyebrows.

darth vader is too evil to grow a beard...the hair club for men rejected his application because the president was scared of him..but once he told him that he was his father...the president gave him a free lifetime membership..

It would! I think that he sould get it waxed. When it gets waxed it doesn't come back for twice as long! Or he could use nair.
