Personally, I'd recommend this one:

It's a "Jodix" Free iPod Video Converter that works really well. It's never given me any problems.

Dont know mate but go to www.limewire.com and ITS NOT full of viruses that is a roomer.Only if u download rude stuff (u know what i mean mate) When u download it click the video or music u wanna download and then make a folder on itunes by clicking "file", "import" and whatever u named the file. Then hit "sync ipod" on the file menu! and there u ave it! Hope i helped!
