looking for addresses for newspapers to find out how to submit articles for publication. Examples of papers I'm looking for are USA Today, NY Times, CIncinnati Enquirer, Chicago Tribune, LA Times, Atlanta Constitution, Boston Herald, and Washington Post.

I found these by putting in the names of the papers as a search, going to there home pages and going down to the very bottom of the screen to "contact us"

Word of advice: Most of these papers do not accept open submissions of news articles, if that's what you're trying to do.
If you're trying to submit an editorial, you'd better have a proven expertise or prominence in the subject area you're writing about.
If you just want to submit letters to the editor, the 'contact us' list someone has already posted will suffice.
