Finding a Doctoral Program?

I am interested in getting a PhD/EdD in Educational Studies but I am having trouble finding schools that offer (either online or regular classes) it. Does anybody know of any colleges that offer this program besides the University of Cincinnati?

I'm finding it a little hard to believe that you can't find schools that offer a PhD or EdD in education. I can't think of any major research universities that do NOT offer the degree.
