Normally, in my state, the Probate Judge will order you to a mental health facility where you will be given the medications, by force if needed, until such time as you are willing to do so on your own.

However, a judge ordering the police to force you to take medications does not seem proper. It should be a person who is medically qualified unless he's just ordering the police to monitor you to insure you DO take the medications!

Best wishes and TAKE YOUR MEDS!!!

I'm sure you have the option of staying in a state-run mental health facility if you'd prefer. You will have more freedom and comfort if you choose to stay at your home and have police visit to make sure you take your medications. If you are nice to the officers when they arrive and take the medication without a fight, it will make the job easier for everyone. Is there really a need for them to have to hold you down?

If you're conserved, then YES- or they'll just order you to a looney bin if you aren't going to comply. Pick the worse for yourself and go for it.
