Crib mattress...are you supposed to occassionally flip it? If so, how often?

I have never done it since baby's a not very heavy there isn't much wear on mattress.

Vacuum it weekly and flip every 3 months to get maximum wear out of it.

Mine is different on both sides. There is a firm side for infant and a softer side for toddler. I don't know when I will flip it.

Do wipe it down once a week and vacuum it though.
