you should definetly play if it feels good today. Im sure that your teamates would appreciate that you went all out for them and plus, if you would be in the position of your teamates and someone would,t play because their knees hurt a week ago and are scared that it might hurt again, then you'd be pissed. you gotta play through it and play your hardest. Good luck with everything and I hope it works out well for you.

Proceed with caution. I'm assuming you're not a pro, just hanging out on Y!A, so you're probably not getting paid millions to play through the pain.

There's toughness, and then there's foolishness. Give 100% of what you've got, but there's no sense in risking further injury if you sense you can't go on.

I would go and test it out. Let pain be your guide. I hurt my arm two weeks ago playing hockey. I took a week off and the pain was gone. Although it was fine doing normal daily activities, last night I played and it aggravated the injury. Now I will be out even longer.

It depends on your league, your trainers, and your knee. If you did not go to the doctors I probably would play until it hurts thenif it enflames take a seat immediately. Don't play with your knees buddy trust me

You should play but don't over exurt yourself, I would say put some mineral ice on it with an ice pack..if it continues to hurt after 3 days, put a heating pad on it, and see an orthopaedic.

Heat it, wrap it and go play! Ice it afterwards. If it doesn't get any better go see an orthopedic doctor.
