First is the eye Shadow. which u have 2 options, they are?
1. Intensify your eye color
Coordinated shadows, soft pencil eye liner and lengthening mascara. Blue shades enhance your eye color—browns make it pop for a get-noticed, intensified blue!
-Shadows for intensity
-Eyeliner for definition
-Lengthening mascara
2. Your boldest look ever
Play up your blue eyes with expertly coordinated shadows, liquid liner eye and voluming mascara. Coffee shades enhance your eye color— denims make it pop for your boldest blue yet!
-Shadows for high impact
-Liquid liner for drama
-Volumizing mascara
Then you can help with the pencil eye liner or go for the liquid eye liner(takes practice) to make your eyes go for the grown up look. Try using the mascara to lengthen or make them thicker foe the full look.
Then you can just go from there, if u don't want to put alot of make up on just do the eyes and the lips( gloss, lip stick..or what u feel comfortable in) but always have some time of lip gloss. cant lips go dry.
I deal with alot of makeup so anyone who has questions just ask me..

Depends on the shade of blue and even hair and skin color sometimes...but basically: lavenders, pinkish or peachish, minty greens, pale gold, silver, tan/beige/browns (for contrast). If you're young and want to get a funky/fun look, orange and lime shadows also look cool...BUT you really have to know exactly what you're doing when you use those colors (and a little goes a long way!). Don't use blue shades though! These other shades I mentioned help make blue eyes pop and get noticed, again depending on the shade of blue eyes and the skin and hair coloring.

I was watching a Miss America pagent and the make-up artist told the girls that a blue eyed woman looked best with a eye shadow that contrasted with blue, like brown for example. My eyes are Hazel and I use mostly pinks and some raisin colors

Yes DO NOT use blue eye shadow.Only use blue if it's a deep eyeliner. Browns like a deep brown or even a shimmery organie brown. Also peachy coral colors look good as well. I usually line my eyes in a dark brown liner then use coral and light brown eye shadow blends. It works amazing for me.
Good luck with your color search.

Cool browns, taupe, grey and lavender. Avoid blue eye shadow; but dark blue eyeliner is a knockout with blue eyes. I am blue eyed as well, and dark brown mascara will really show them up!

Congrats on those gorgeous blues! My sister and I accent ours with different shades of browns and plums in the creases and lids and highlight with creamy shades of white.
Take curiousgeorgette's advice and go to a department store and get a free makeover. Watch what they're doing, ask tons of questions and get some free samples. Just don't get duped into buying what you DON't need. Have fun.

i personally use a white or very light beige eye shadow. sometimes i will use a very light sheer pink. some people say to use brown, but i think that brown looks terrible. its make the eye appear smaller and closed. it also look like dark eye circles, which is dangerous because your blue eye and any underweye circle will make you look sick. a very light beige white or very sheer light pink shadow will open your eye making your blue eye appear brighter and more beautiful.

PUHLEEEAAASE do NOT use BRIGHT blue!!! I've seen it years ago and people are STILL doing it!! YUCK!! Compliment those pretty blues (I have boring brown!!) with gold or tan. Even green if it's not too dark!! Play with the colors. That's what makes it fun! Go to your nearest Department store and let THEM do it. That's their job. Good luck!
