I am having several possible signs/symptoms of pregnancy - fatigue, cravings, sore breasts, etc. I am five days late at this point. I took a home preg. test this morning and result was negative. I have been so exhausted for the past week or more. I have been having a lot of cravings recently and sore breasts started about two weeks ago (they aren't as sore now as they were). We've been trying for a baby for nine months now. Any ideas on what's going on with my body?

The pregnancy test could've been wrong. Your HCG level may not have been high enough for the test to detect it yet. Make an appointment with your doctor to find out exactly what is going on. He/she can do a blood test that is much more accurate than a urine test.

Good luck!!

You could be pregnant and the hormone is just not strong enough to produce a positive test yet. It sometimes can take 10 days after you are late.
(This was on my pregnancy test box- E.P.T. test)

I too have had the same symptoms you are having in the past. I was 12 days late with the sore breasts and the fatique. My tests were coming out negative. Turns out I was not pregnant.
I have heard that it is sometimes normal for a woman to have tenderness around period time. Also, my doctor once told me that drinking too much caffeine and sugar can cause tenderness.

I wish you the best though and hope that your hormone levels are just not up to par yet. Best wishes!

This sounds like you either got a false negative on the pregnancy test or you have your body talked into thinking that it is. The latter happened to me when we were trying for our 1st child. It passes.

Hang in there. If it's meant to be, you will get pregnant. Good luck!

If you think you are pregnant you should get a first response early pregnancy test as it can be used 5 days early and would be able to detect if you are pregnant!
