Thats pretty crazy. you've got a really suckhole job. It might be harrassment, but I doubt you'd be able to prove it in court, so it wont do you any good. Either suck it up, or quit and work someplace else- doesnt sound like you would be missing a craphole place like that anyway.

Well, by law you get two breaks and a lunch. So, unless you are going over your break time using the bathroom...there is really nothing he can do about it, and if you lost your job because of this im sure you could get some $$ out of him for it.
But really..that is absurd. People need to use the bathroom, and unless you are going in there every 15 minutes it is completely unprofessional for a manager to be recording this...its almost psychotic. Go to your boss and submit a complaint for harassment, if he won't do anything about it get a lawyer.

Yes I would consider that harassment. I have had that done to me before. Course I quit. I don't put up with that stuff and I'm not the suing type. Jobs are a dime a dozen for the kind of work I do.

Um... wow. I can't believe they record your every move. I don't know if it is considered harassment, but it is definitely considered favoritism. Confront your boss and lead manager together and try to talk things out. Water and bathroom breaks are necessary, and everyone has different needs.

If you are the only person that he pick on,and his buddy is doing the same thing without he saying a word? If you can gather some witness or evidence, and go to HR(human Resource) and report his action or problem.

Yes- if they do that, they have to treat everyone the same. It's good if you have a good employment record, that backs you up.
Sounds like you work in a sweat shop!!

Yeah - you need them to tell them to get a grip. Maybe they are not managing there time well if they are spending it on monitoring when and how long it takes everyone to go to the bathroom
