Terror exists because there are those who belive they are oppressed and the only means they have to be heard is violence. Not all terrorists are religious zealots. Look at Tim McVeigh. He was a white supremacist who killed hundreds of people in Oklahoma. All those people blaming Muslims for terrorism are ignorant. Many people have killed innocents to advance their ajenda.

The KKK, Guy Fawkes, and John Brown could all be considered terrorists for their actions or planned actions. It's just now the majority of groups we hear of doing this are Muslim.

No, I believe that terrorists exist because some obviously mentally disturbed people choose to spread their warped and twisted beliefs through violence.
No one turns someone into a terrorist- someone chooses to be a terrorist. On judgment day the only person being judged for your actions is yourself. So, people might as well stop looking at the finger pointing blame in another man's direction and notice the 3 pointing back at themselves.

The terrorists kill for their religion. Their religion tells them to kill. The Koran says to kill non-muslims wherever ye may find them. It says to behead them and cut their fingertips off. It says that Muslims who battle non-muslims are better than Muslims who stay home and just pray and fast. It says that Muslims who lose their life in the process of fighting against non-Muslims will be rewarded in heaven by Allah. It says that a good Muslim kills a lot of non-muslims before taking any prisoners.

Muhammad killed thousands of people. He massacred entire villages. He commanded that all non-muslim groups in the Arabian peninsula be destroyed, and he and his successors did just that. You know that exhibit in the Holocaust Museum showing Jewish population in European cities before and after Hitler? You could do a similar exhibit for the Arabian peninsula before and after Muhammad.

It's not about the US. It's not about Bush. Hate both, whatever floats your boat, but Muslims have been running around killing people since Muhammad himself and they don't limit the violence to the US and Israel. How many troops did Bali send to Iraq?

And by the way, the Koran says what it says. I didn't write it. Muhammad did. If what the Koran says reflects poorly on Islam, don't blame me for repeating it - I'm just the messenger.

And stop calling me a racist. Islam isn't a race. I hate the KKK too - that doesn't make me racist against whites.

Terrorists exist because they can not spread their hate filled idealogy on an intellectual level. The end.

Terrorists exist because there are people who are so intollerant of others who have a different belief system that they think the have to kill everyone who doesn't answer to Allah and Mohammed.

Whenever a suicide attack takes place, anywhere in the world, there is one thing about the killer that you can always be sure of.

They are a muslim.

I think that is a very important piece of data in exploring the question of the roots of terrorism.

Terrorists exist because America continues to terrorize other countries for profit then lies to its citizens about what it is doing, then gets angry when people fight back.
