If they are Mp3's yes they can, if you download iTunes and create a playlist you have the option to burn to cd as an audio disc.

Its free as well, oh and you get loads of radio stations to stream for free as well.

There are many programs out there that will do this for you, but if you want a simple one that is already on most computers, then just use Windows Media Player. When you open this program up, just click on the tab that says burn. From there you can build a list of songs from your computer that you would like to put on a cd. I hope this is helpful. get nero - then use the make audio cd feature - you maybe able to get a shareware verion off of cnet.com

Use NERO to burn then it does it for you, Nero 7 is the best version
